RE: Need a guidance for buying a FTA DISH & FTA STB for wtaching FTA channels
Dear Vinay,
I can increase my budget upto Rs.6000, as its a one time investment, But my problem is that I dont have permission from my society to install a big dish. Hence I can wish to go for a 4ft dish. Kindly advise which Indian & international channels can I watch for FREE & whats the procedure & what should I purchase ? |

RE: Need a guidance for buying a FTA DISH & FTA STB for wtaching FTA channels
Dear Vinay,
I got the information from Guests cannot see links in the messages. Please register to forum by clicking here to see links. But what channels will I receive if I install a 4ft dish ? I can too install a 6ft dish, but I can keep it on the flat ground of my security guard cabin. So will it be OK ? or should I slant it to some angle ? |

You can receive many Indian free channels and some foreign channels too from a 4 feet, 5 feet or a 6 feet dish. The slant angle depends on the location of the satellite you have chosen to receive. I stay in Western Mumbai too. You can contact me anytime for help with installation and advice Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register to forum by clicking here to see images. |

Please register to forum by clicking here to see links.Dear Vinay, The total expense will not be more than Rs5000 if you go for a 4 feet dish, 3 LNBs, and a MPEG4 DVB-S2 HD stb. The list of receivable channels is quite long and beyond the scope of this post. But you can see some channels of the list on: Guests cannot see links in the messages.
