Bajaj launches Avenger 220 DTS-i

Bajaj Auto Ltd. launched the upgraded Avenger 220 DTSi for the Indian market today. The Avenger 220 gets the 220cc oil-cooled engine from the Pulsar range of motorcycles with the power/torque curve being suitably re-tuned. The bike also comes with a DC circuit that gives it a constant light beam at all riding speeds. Updates such as dual density seating and battery charge level indicator are also part of the upgrade.

The Avenger will go on sale at a price of 69,000/- ex-showroom, Delhi with a 18-month warranty.
