The winning campaign of the Bangladesh team on the West Indies tour continues as they registered a convincing victory over West Indies by 52 runs in the first ODI match at Windsor Park on Sunday.
Bangladesh got to a bad start as Tamim Iqbal (0) lost his wicket on the very first ball of the match after West Indies won the toss and elected to field first.
Bangladesh scored 246 runs for loss of nine wickets in 50 overs with the help of brilliant innings by Mohammad Ashraful and S Hasan, who scored 57 and 54 runs respectively.
K Roach was pick k of the bowler for Wets Indies, who took a five wickets haul while D Bernard, N Miller and R Lewis chipped in with one wicket each.
