Breaking First : Airtel digital TV - All channels clear in Bahrain

Today I have shifted to Airtel, All channels are clear in Bahrain. I will observe for 2-3 days and further I will update with other details like signal strength and quality.

Finally after observing for 2 days, we are getting 199 on the roof top and 184 inside the house. Only 2 tps' are fully blank during 11.00 am to 1.30pm.(11521 V and 11601H). Rest all channels are clear in Bharain for 24 hours with 165 cm dish.

Dear friends ,
please read the following mail which i send it to airtel and provide me some help.
Dear Sir,

I am Sankar having the customer id: XXXXXX. I am the
customer of Airtel Dth Family since Feb-2011. Sir i faced a lot of
problems here due to not solving the issues and automatically closed
the calls which are created by me.

Previously when my dish is on INSAT 4CR satellite i get the
signal strength of 252 and signal Quality of around 60% . Then picture
clarity is excellent . I felt very happy for that picture
clarity.After realignment of my dish to SES7 satellite by airtel
technician i get only Signal strength of 184 and Signal Quality of
0-20% only , that effects on my picture clarity is not good.Really i
dont like that picture quality, when i asked the technical he told me
that is enough to viewing the tv.But picture quality is completely
disturbed.

Regarding to this issue i called to customer care on
03/04/2011 registed a complaint no:583029 regarding video problem.
Eveing message is came that is "Dear customer your service request
reference no 583029 video problem has been resolved.But no technician
is came to house and nothing changes are happened, then again i
registered a complaint to customer care on 05/04/2011 having the
complaint no:6629876.Evening the same message came your problem is
resolved , but no technician is came nothing happened today also but
call is closed message came , then again i call to cc again registered
a call on 06/04/2011 request no:6658325. again that call is also
closed message came to my mobile ,

Sir hence i request you to no body can visit my home and
automatically calls which are registered by me are closed.Still video
problem is not good from last ten days. I donot know where i given the
complaint regaring to this isse. Please provide me the good technician
and provide me the good picture clarity. Really i get disappointed
regarding to this service provide by Airtel DTH, Please take the
necessary action in this regard.

Sir please enquired that who will automatically closed my
calls without visit my house.

I believe you are having adequate signal rate at the moment. The issue you are pointing here is the picture clarity. And its because of the channel compression adapted by Airtel. I think some of the channels are having this issue. In my knowledge, even if you try to improve the signal rate this wont make any difference in channel pixelation.
Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday.. for tomorrow never comes.. live today!!!
