This channel should be free for Malayalam Life time free customer, However when I sent Sms GET 828, I got a reply that this channel is priced at Rs.5 and I need to send sms ADD 828 to activate the channel. I dont want to pay and get this channel instead prefer to wait for couple of days when it will be activated by Airtel on their own.

Even if you dont call cc and ask them to update, they will do it in couple of days. When they added Mazhavil Manorama, it was not available for all but in 2 days time the channel was activated to all malayalam free top up customers.!
