After giving the first 24 hr. HD news channel News Express, Sai Prasad Media group is planning to launch its Marathi channel along with marathi and Hindi Magazine. All three ventures will be run underthe guidance senior correspondent Mr. S. N. Vinod who has recently resigned from Sadhana News channel. There he was working as a group editor. Officialy he will be joining Sai Media group from 22nd May and will occupy the position ofan Editor at Mumbai office.
The group has plans to launch theirfirst regional channel within next two months. It is going to be tough task for the group to attract the audience as there are already many palyers exisitng in the market like ABP Majha, IBN Lokmat, Zee 24 taas, and Jai Maharashtra. Editor Vinod has to come up with some real good programming to sustain in this competition.
Sai Prasad Media group also publishes a weekly newspaper Hum vatan which is soon to be converted to a Hindi magazine. With launch of a Marathi channel they also have plans to start a Marathi magazine.
Sai Prasad Media group is a big group with their roots spreading in the fields like real estatae, finance,food and baverages, energy, hospitality, media and many more. They also run an academy to train people in the field of Media.
