MUMBAI: Health and wellness channel, Care World TV has launched a new series Marvel’s of Cosmetic Surgery, featuring one of the top 10 international cosmetic surgeons, Dr Katsuya Takasu demonstrating cosmetic surgery on himself.
The nine-episode series shows the surgery, which was captured on camera. Beginning today, 27 May, the series will be aired every Wednesday and Thursday at 11 pm.
Series director Anant Mishra said, "It took almost one-and-half years to develop nine episodes of the series. Each episode has been carved in such a way that a viewer can not only feel this rare experience, but can also get tremendous knowledge about cosmetic surgery.”
Noted cosmetic surgeon Vijay Sharma who will be presenting this series agrees with Takasu's theory of developing cosmetic surgery for people in order to get desired positive attitude towards life.
Care World TV MD Ajit Gupta stated that the channel will run a series on several such marvels in other therapeutic areas. "Cosmetic surgery can make India an important tourist destination in India once such marvels are known. Care World TV also has rare footages of such surgeries that will be exposed shortly in other series'.”
Care World TV is available on Thaicom satellite that has its footprint across 138 countries expanding from Australia to South Africa. The channel claims over 35 million viewership and 24 hour programming devoted to health. Care World TV also has a strong viewership in the Middle East, Pakistan, Nepal and African Countries.
