I did recharge for Rs.510 (on 30th Sept) and I got only Rs.30 as cash back instead of Rs.51 as per their latest offer (extra 10% Bonus i.e Rs.561 on recharging Rs.510?). So, are they cheating subscribers or something wrong witih their ad.?

I have taken up above matter with airtel and they have now refunded the shortpaid amount (infact they paid me Rs.25 instead of Rs.21) and now I got total Rs.55 as cash back. (Instead of Rs.51).!!
