Even D2H added 7 Asli HD & 16 SD channels recently itself they didnt offer those for free to view for specific period. I just got zee HD for few days after it added on D2H HD & dont know didnt they offer older HD channel at added time for free to view or not. They directly added to relevant pack only new 7 Asli HD channel was for free to view till 30 June of this year with HD globe add on & with Platinum HD pack (Only this thing is admirable at least). But its very bad! Even dish tv also offer free to view channel for specific period when they add new channel. Dont know about other DTH but DTH industry need to follow this way to promote newly added channels.

one cannot activate it. I've tried but not successful. Has anybody activated it.

Did you try to activate from Self-care portal??

Its free for 10 days and activation through calling customer care. Make sure you deactivate it within 10 days. Otherwise you would be charged Rs 25/month.

When '' Fox Action'' was free (for 7 days), I did activate it through Seflcare portal. After 7days free period was over, they (Airtel) removed the channel on their own (without my instruction to deactivate from my side). !!

yes i tried it on selfcare. After dat i called on cc and got it.
