Few Days ago itself Dish TV Converted 11510 H Transponder to DVBS2 8PSK... now they have reverted back to DVBS,QPSK..also the FEC too reverted..
11510,H,30000,78,DVBS,QPSK

Although its reverted back to DVBS Still all channels r in MPEG4 itself....
