Dears,
Today try to add set max channel from ADTV self care (online) i can't able to add set max but available chota pack option only. chota pack option is not available set max channel. ADTV self care very worst and not user friendly. please advise me to add set max channel through self care.

Yes, one of the long due issue with ADTV. The other day, i was trying to add 'Neo Pack' online and it wasnt there in the selfcare portal strangely.
Your set-max is available as single(chota) add-on but its not appearing in the selfcare portal. (Checked mine as well and not appearing).
Only option is to have anyone of your friends or family to a SMS from their Airtel Cell number in this format:
ADD Set Max XXXXXXX ('X' denotes your Customer ID). And send to 54325. If BSNL/MTNL send SMS to 8800054325
Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday.. for tomorrow never comes.. live today!!!

Thanks Mr AB, very difficult to add single channel from ADTV selfcare very worst ADTV selcare. All DTH give more effort online user except ADTV. Please advise to ADTV customer care about this issue.

Try, sms GET SET MAX or sms GET 160 to 54325.!?
