Adtv introduced alacarte pack.. but as in website when filled and subitted it not getting activated.. CC has also failed to explain the reason.:omg:
Any bady have suggetions???

Alternatively, you just send SMS ''HELP'' to 54325. They will call you back and you can tell them what you want!!

airtel CC saying the reason for not activating the alacarte pack is a technical problem and they are behind it...but i think its just a answer not solution for the problem,...

I just talked to my area local dealer who advise that Airtel Server is having problem for last couple of days (not sure this is 100% correct news or not) hence they are not able to activate the a-la-carte packages. ADTV is working on it and hope that the problem will be settled by today or latest tomorrow. So, suggest you try again tomorrow, first try to do it online and then send sms to Help.
