DTH Updates : SM1 Error Code in Airtel Digital TV HD Receiver

Guys,
Since two-three days, i am having a weird problem on my reciever. Some of the channel which i am already subscribed, showing as 'You are not subscribed to it' and error code 'SM1'. Normally unsubscribed channels are showing Error code:4. ?? Whats the reason behind it. I am using 'KaonMedia HD receiver'.
Looks like it started after the addition of Asli HD channels...

Hope this issue being noticed by Airtel Team or other experts and the Airtel Technical team takes an appropriate action.... If any of other users having this issue please comment here.

Have u migrated to SES 7 from INSAT 4CR ...?

Yes, its already aligned to SES7. What i heard from many of my friends that, many are having the same issue since 3-4 days... Sad

Hai i raised a complaint reg this issue, technician came and aligned my dish now i am not getting sm1 error...Big Grin

Hey, its on many channels, including Channel:100.
I can say some channel numbers now: 339, 100, etc. Last night i had this problem on many other channels, but now i can see this issue these two channels only...

And as i mentioned earlier, once you restart the stb, it goes off... and comes again after sometime... Sad

SM1 AND BLACK SCREEN PROBLEM STILL EXISTS AFTER STB FACTORY DEFAULT SETTING.
CAN ANY ONE HELP ME.

Looks like there is some improvement. Since last two days, i dont see this trouble on my stb. Looks like they are fixing it in the background. Will update if any changes to the current situation.
@restyprem: Wait for some more days, if it still persists, call the CC and initiate a trouble ticket..
