DTH Updates: Sun HD+ Remote manual

I have new Sun Hd+ connection. The remote supplied with the dth has 6 separate buttons at the top right corner(Stand by,Set,V+,V-,P+,P-). The manual supplied with the connection is not mentioning anything about it. The Sun DTH customer service is bad as usual and they are not understanding my problem.Can any body had some idea about it .Kindly share.

For volume and recording other separate buttons are there.Apart from that this is given.is it something like universal remote to operate the TV also.

There are other buttons for the same function. I am taking about the second butons. If you see the remote then only you can understand.
