Dialog TV Common Error Meesages


E–16 Service is currently Scrambled

Reason can be two fold:

1.The particular channel is not included on the selected package
2.Disconnection due to non bill payment

E–17 Service is currently Scrambled

Reason being a mismatch between the SMART card and Set Top Box.

E–48 / E–50 / E–52 No Signal or Searching for Signal

Reason being that the Receiver is not receiving signals. Please follow the below steps:

1.Check the antenna cable is properly plugged into the Receiver
2.Check the Weather condition
3.Follow the Master re-setting process

E–33 Invalid Smart Card

Reason being that the Smart Card is not present or not reading. Take the SIM out & wipe it using a clean dry cloth & put it back.

if u need to clear data and rescan

Master Reset


Please follow the following steps:

Click “MENU”
Select “INSTALLATION”
Select “CLEAR DATA”
Select “FACTORY SETTINGS”
Click “OK” twice
