Engineer visited my home . Adjusted Minidish . First he removed Old LNB [Made by Sharp] , put new one and tested for signal . Signal increased . Then he opened old one and cleaned it . After cleaning process he again placed old one , signal was increased . He also had 2 new Digicomps [MPEG4]. In some places they replaced LNB .He also told that "main problem is with Customers who purchased Tata(Sky before Jan 2008 . From January 2008 ,Tata(Sky started installing 65cm Minidish" , before they were installing 60cm minidish .

This is what I call maintaining goodwill intimating the customer about unforseen signal disruption and compensating for the same by providing Free service. :up:
