General News BSNL users can now line up their ppd plans in advance with Multiple Recharge Facility
BSNL users can now line up their prepaid plans in advance with Multiple Recharge Facility

BSNL prepaid users will now be able to recharge their phones in advance with its recently launched Multiple Recharge Facility.

Through this facility, users will be able to recharge their phones with multiple recharges so they don’t face the hassle before their existing plan expires. This prepaid plan queuing facility will come in handy for users who want to pay in advance for their next recharge plan as well. This helps the users opting for this facility to enjoy seamless service from the telco as the next prepaid plan keeps rolling at the end of the first recharge plan’s validity.

The users must note that the multiple recharge facility will work for Plan Vouchers (PV)s and Special Tariff Vouchers( STV)s of the same denomination. Customers will be notified with messages once their new plan gets activated.

The multiple recharge facility is currently available to PVs and STVs starting from Rs 97, Rs 98, Rs 99, Rs 118, Rs 187, Rs 247, Rs 319, Rs 399, Rs 429, Rs 485, Rs 666, Rs 699, Rs 997, Rs 1699, and Rs 1999.

The offer is available throughout India, Gadgets360 noted.

Private telcos like Airtel and Jio also offer advance recharges. While Jio allows users to recharge their plans in advance with any denomination, Airtel allows users to pay for the recharges in one go rather than paying for them in a queue or one after the other.

BSNL introduces prepaid plans under Rs 100: BSNL recently introduced two prepaid PVs, one for Rs 94 and the other for Rs 95. BSNL Advance Per minute Rs 94 and BSNL Advance Per second Rs 95 is available for 2G, 3G, and 4G. The two plans are quite similar.

The Rs 94 plan is calculated on a per-minute basis, and the Rs 95 plan is calculated on a per-second basis. Both plans bring with them 3GB of high-speed data that can be used for 90 days. The plans also bring 100 minutes of free voice calls. These calls can be made anywhere on local networks or national roaming networks. Calls can be made in Mumbai and Delhi circles.

Users must note that they have to consume the free data and calls within a window of 90 days. After the 90-day limit is reached, BSNL will start charging users.
