Soon after unveiling the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note, the Chinese company has introduced the new A7000 Turbo in India. The smartphone is now listed on the company's thedostore and is available to buy at Rs. 10,999. According to the official Lenovo store, the handset will start shipping from Wednesday.

Notably, the Lenovo A7000 Turbo comes with identical specifications to the company's immensely popular Lenovo K3 Note.

The Lenovo A7000 Turbo, like the K3 Note, supports both LTE bands in India (FDD-LTE 1800MHz Band 3, and TDD-LTE 2300MHz Band 40). It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop that's skinned with the Vibe UI 2.0. It features a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) IPS display with a pixel density of 401ppi. The dual-SIM dual standby smartphone is powered by a 64-bit 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor that is coupled with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone will be offered in Matte Black colour.

The A7000 Turbo packs a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash and a 5-megapixel front facing camera. Inbuilt storage on the handset is 16GB, which is expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB).

Apart from 4G LTE, connectivity options on the smartphone include Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB.

The large-screen Lenovo A7000 Turbo, similar to the K3 Note, packs a 2900mAh battery, rated to deliver up to 39 hours of talk time on 2G and 16 hours on 3G, apart from 11 days of standby time.

To recall, Lenovo had in September last year unveiled an upgraded variant of the A7000 smartphone, the A7000 Plus, in the Philippines.

Last week, Lenovo launched the Vibe K4 Note, successor to the K3 Note smartphone. Priced Rs. 11,999, the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note will be available exclusively from Amazon India starting January 19 in flash sale model.
