MUMBAI: Sony LIV, the premium digital video entertainment platform from Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI), will launch its new digital series titled ‘Lost & Found’ on 18 July.

Produced and directed by Kaizad Gustad, the new web series revolves around the lives of two individuals undergoing a crisis in their personal lives and the unexpected turns they take, which result in an interesting series of events.

How these protagonists make their respective journeys is what Sony LIV will present to its viewers. The show is Kaizad Gustad’s debut web series.

Earlier, Gustad directed movies like ‘Bombay Boys’, ‘Boom’ and ‘Bombil & Beatrice’.

‘Lost & Found’ stars Faraz Khan (of ‘Ship of Theseus’ fame) along with Poppy Jabbal in lead roles.

The web series is aimed at viewers aged 18–24 years, the millennial viewership that Sony LIV caters to.

Each episode will have a runtime of 15–20 minutes, and there will be a new episode every Monday. They will be spread across six weeks.

Commenting on the web series, SPNI executive VP and head of digital business Uday Sodhi said, “The format and content of our digital web series matches the preferences of a digital-first viewership perfectly. Be it ‘Tanlines’ or ‘#LoveBytes’, Sony LIV’s original web series have always managed to strike a chord with the young and urban viewers and we are confident that ‘Lost & Found’ will get a similar response.”
