Vodafone India seems to be following Airtel’s footstep in terms of updating its current postpaid plans to offer more data.

Starting with the Red Basic plan of Rs 399, the pack now offers 20GB of 4G data as compared to 10GB of data, which was offered earlier. The Vodafone RED Traveler-R plan of Rs 499 now offers 30GB of 4G data. The pack earlier offered only 20GB of data. Interestingly, the company is also offering Rs 100 waiver for six months as a part of a limited period offer.

Moving on, the Vodafone RED Traveler-M plan of Rs 699 now gives a total of 40GB of data instead of 35GB data offer earlier. All the RED plans offer unlimited voice calls on local and STD network along with national roaming calls. Expect for Rs 399 plan, all the packs offer 5 free magazines every month on Magzter. The offer is valid for 4 months. Apart from this, users will get RED Shield device protection plan as well.

Previously, Vodafone India partnered with Flipkart to offer a range of entry-level smartphones at an unbelievable price of just Rs 999. As a part of this partnership, Vodafone has rolled out exciting cashback offers on the select range of entry-level 4G Smartphone models available under Flipkart’s #MyFirst4GSmartphone campaign. The offer is valid from January 24 (00:00 hrs) to March 31 (23:59 hrs).

All existing and new Vodafone pre-paid customers who purchase any of the eligible popular entry-level smartphones available on Flipkart can enjoy the cash back offers. To avail this special offer, customers have to simply do a recharge of at least Rs 150 per month for 36 months. This can be a single recharge or can be multiple recharges which can be accumulated. At the end of 18 months, customers will receive a cashback of Rs 900 and after another 18 months, a cashback of Rs 1,100 respectively, thus availing a total cash back of Rs 2000. The cash back will be credited to their Vodafone M-Pesa wallets, enabling them to transact digitally or withdraw cash, as per their convenience.
