MUMBAI: Zee Classc is celebrating Amitabh Bachchan’s 75th birthday with a special initiative ‘Bachchan Bemisaal Poore 75 Saal’, which will start with a film festival ‘Har Din Bachchan’ from 9 to 20 October.
Aired every Monday to Friday at 7pm, ‘Har Din Bachchan’ will air some of Bachchan’s popular films such as Naseeb, Mr. Natwarlal, Deewar, Coolie, Toofan, Andha Kanoon, Ajooba, Mard, Trishul, and Ganga Jamuna Saraswati to name a few.
Zee Classic will also bring back its popular proposition, Retro In A Metro for second season on 11 and 12 October. Retro In A Metro will host a ticketed screenings of popular Bachchan films at Cinepolis in Andheri (Mumbai) at 8 PM.
On 11 October, it will feature 1972 hit comedy film Bombay To Goa, followed by K. Bhagyaraj’s Aakhree Raasta where Amitabh Bachchan donned the dual roles of father and son.
