HAVE A HEALTHY SUMMER

Dear friends,

The great summer has started.
  1. Bath twice a day,
  2. Drink more water, Walk a little in the evening.
  3. Must take butter milk at your lunch.
  4. Drink only fresh fruit juices.
  5. Apply oil to your hair & take oil bath atleast once in a weak.
  6. Don't drink water & dont wash face after playing heavily, before the sweat dries. It'll cause cold.
  7. Wear cap, or use umbrella to go out.
  8. Eat at correct time &sleep correct time atleast 8hrs a day.
As a friend & well wisher its all my kind advice to care u..
