One basic Question, Does Hathway Box will work for Digicable?

No. Hathway set-top box will not work for Digicable.

in cable is also offering settop box at 800 rs only plus 200 rs for wireing

Any Specific Reason? I thought that if I replace Hathway smart Card with Digicable, it will work. Does there is any specific difference in transmission?

Yes too much difference in encryption technique used for transmission in both, so Hathway smart card will not work in DigiCable box and vice-versa.

Is it possible to get Digicable Setup box from other source than my cable operator? specifically at this rate?

Digicable set-top boxes are not sold directly in shops i guess.
You can get it from other source if you know but a box bought from local cable operator is guaranteed to work properly as some details like Network ID, Bouquet ID etc are there in the Smart Card.
