With growing subscriber-base, improved revenue and reduction in subscriber-acquisition costs, a slew of global satellite television operators are now eye eying a slice of the Indian DTH sector. These include DirectTV and Dish Network (from US), Bell TV (Canada), BSAT (Japan), Tricolour TV (Russia) and Foxtel (Australia) among others that are looking for a foothold in India
