Families can connect with anyone on the web by just dialing a number through video calling capabilities, watch Bollywood movies on the device or on a DVD/ VCD, listen to Bollywood and spiritual songs, play games, book train and air tickets and do a lot more.

Information on HP DreamScreen will be accessible in Hindi and English. This will be subsequently rolled out in other Indian local languages to make computing an easy and relevant experience.

Speaking on the launch Sunil Dutt, Vice President and General Manager, Personal Systems Group, HP India, said “The HP DreamScreen is clearly a leap into the future that will power the dreams of millions of Indian consumers as they integrate into a borderless, free digital world. It also helps take technology and connectivity beyond the big cities to the tier II and III cities.”

The HP DreamScreen is available across 700 outlets across 60 cities in the country at a special price point of Rs. 19,999 plus taxes, for Airtel and Tata subscribers.

HP also announced its partnership with iSKIP, a social venture with an aim to instill economic security through skills training and facilitating enhanced access to livelihood opportunities.
