I own the following connections.

I have signed up on 31 Dec 2012 and want to recharge the subscription.

I called up customer care on 22/01/2013 and they informed me that i need to renew the package. (Call Ref No: xxxxxxxxxxxxx)
-- They told me that the prices have been revised and i need to recharge as per new tariff.
-- Ended up speaking with call center executive, supervisor and Team leader all said that i need to pay as per new tariff.
-- I requested them to provide a written communication that i need to pay as per revised plan. They said they cannot provide me any written communications.
-- Also requested the Nodal officers contact which they refused to say and mentioned customer care email id.

As per the TRAI regulations i am entitled to choose the same offer since it is not even 1 month since i bought the connection. (In fact the same offer should be available to me for 6 months)

Hence I hereby request you to send me a confirmation weather i need to pay "as per revised plan" or as per "old plan under which i signed up".

The rates when i signed up are as following:
For 2 years recharge(plus 4 months free).
South platinum HD Rs10580/-
Multiroom Connection1 = 160x24 = 3840/-
Multiroom Connection2 = 160x24 = 3840/-
Total = 18260
