#1

Hi all,

My one year Royal HD pack is expiring in a week .. I wanted to renew for one year as it came with loads of advantages in terms of free days of viewing if you pay in lumpsum.. however they say that long-term work packs are discontinued .. Dies anyone face similar problems?

Regards,
Mohit

Please note all DTH service providers have changed the packages/plans (as per TRAI new ruling)

Log in to selfcare page and you will see the new proposed pack and plan for you. All new plans will be effective from February 1.

Yeah.. can we see the same in aritel app? Self-care webpage looks down..but the uncertainty regarding long term packs is not good for the players..

I got this reply: airtel digitalTV update: Royal ROI HD 6M+1M Rs.1700 will be renewed from 09-JAN-2019 at monthly rent of Rs.170/-. So, should I have to pay 170 despite requiring long term plans only..

I have not seen new long term plans from ADTV

Selfcare page is working.

When you go to the selfcare page and click on 'connections', you will be taken to pages like:

Click on ''upgrade now'' - you will get the Airtel recommended packs for you or you can futher go to their 'Bouquet' list where all new channel rates are given.

Please check this prior recharging as I believe one has to change their packs/plans effective February 2019.
