Spicejet's revival plan was approved by Ministry of Civil Aviation last week. Now it's in the court of Competition Commission of India. The Competition Commission is looking into SpiceJet’s proposed deal with its original promoter Ajay Singh and a decision is yet to be finalised.

If the deal goes through, Spicejet would be back to the hands of its founder, Ajay Singh. Marans would exit airline.
