IDF Exclusive: Not getting onscreen messages i.e. Yellow envelope tv screen msgs

I am not recieving onscreen msgs i.e. yellow envelope msgs on tv screen for quite a time are other members recieving msgs if yes pls share the details.

Yes, am getting Box mail (Yellow envelope on screen) regularly. However, it will not come when the STB is switched off (ie. when they circulate the message it will be shown only on those STB's which are ''on'' at that time).

Is that your STB is on for 24 hours or only switch on when you want to watch Tv programmes??

SWITCH ON WHEN WATCH PROGRAMS ONLY

Switch on when watch programs only.

Then, you will get only those Box mail (yellow envelope on screen) during the time when the STB is on. You will not get all other Box mails which was circulated when your STB was on switched off condition.!

I need one more help from u I recharge yesterday with Rs 410. I got msg from Dth Payment(done via a dealer) and AD-AIRDTH that ur account has been recharge with Rs 410, Today I got the extra bonus of Rs 30 but not recieved any msg from airtel, I ask airtel cc they told me that u dont get message for bonus credited, is it true. Earlier I used to get msg for this,reply soon.

Yes, I too didnt get any intimation in the last couple of occassions when I recharged. You should be happy as far as you get the bonus amount in your account. (Forget about the message from Airtel).!!

Rahul I usually get all the recharge amount information like regular recharge or bonus amount credited to my account. Have you escalated this issue??

I have told this to the nodal officer, he says u dont get msgs for bonus credited. nothing is eager to resolve the issue. your a/c expires on 15/10/2013, do check the msg for due date & rmn, do let me know here only.
