IDF Exclusive : SUN DTH e30-4 Problem

Please Help me

In My TV an error message are coming in many channels Message is

"E30-4 service is currently scrambled"

Please help me to solve the problem

Hello,
Try removing your card from the stb and clean with some cotton and reinsert, If still it persists, you got to call the customer care and complain. They will refresh your subscription and hopefully it will resolve the issue. regards,

I already done above said cleaning and I called the customer care since 1/11/10 and they refreshed many time. But no any improvements.

In that case you got to raise ur concern to SD nodal officers, and try mail them. Keep chase them until u get the issue resolved. You are loosing ur money, ad u paid for the service. Here is the link to nodal and distributos of sun....

Nobody hear the problem.

Nodal Officer or customer care - they didn't care the customers problem. Only monthly payment they need

Hi maniseema,

Was your STB switched off for more them 2-3 days?. As I also faced this problem once. I was out of city and switched off my stb and faced the same problem.

If yes, please take ur STB to your retailer and he will refresh it there and you will get all channels back.

and please let us know if solves ur problem.

can i get channel of sudi arabia on sun dth
othrwise any dth service have this channel
i want only this week the channel of sudi arabia
why sun dth not provide channel of sudi arabia ?
