Sun Direct is beaming SD channels from Measat 3 at 91.5E & HD channels from Insat 4B at 93.5E. You can get both the satellites in single 60CM KU Dish itself. But Sun Direct is providing 90CM KU Dish for HD subscribers.
Airtel is beaming SD & HD channels from SES7 at 108.2E. I don't know the size of the dish given by ADTV for HD subscribers.
In my opinion, you can use your Airtel Dish itself to get Sun Direct SD & HS signals with just moving the dish little towards right and pointing the dish in between Measat 3 at 91.5E & Insat 4B at 93.5E to get both the satellite signals.

You cannot get Sun Direct HD & ADTV in a same dish. Both the satellites are in different direction. You need separate dish for both.
