i am not able to see any video and not hear any sound from my sun direct hd set top box. This problem started after when i reset box settings. But i can see epg .i also can't view any previously recorded video in my pen drive by its pvr.I call customer care no

Dear it seems that there might be a problem with your set top box. I will advice you to get it checked by the service person . He will solve your problem easily.
