I am facing stucking up of program i.e. image stills up for few seconds on channels- star sports1, starsports 3 and sab tv. Is anyone facing the same issue?

Mostly due to solar interference

Yes weather also effect the signal as known by Sun out age . So you can also check your cable & connectors for good Reception.
