Now Dishtv have started new live chat customer support service
and for this service you have to login by your user id and password
and after login you will see live chat option on the left up side of the page.

Just click on that option, they will ask for Name, and by posting your name their and press Chat Now Button , then you will move to a new page and start chatting with them.
