MUMBAI: MAX NEW YORK LIFE, one of the most successful names in the insurance sector and a brand that believes in doing things differently is organizing a unique sporting activity called “Karo England Ka Iraada” along with P9 Experience, a vertical of P9 Integrated (A Division of Percept Ltd). It celebrates the spirit of sportsmanship by cashing on with the on going cricket fever just before the beginning of the T20 Cricket world cup in England.

Max New York Life and P9 Experience are organizing a game of Cricket on 13th & 14th June ’09 at various malls across Mumbai (Nirmal Life Style, Oberoi Mall, Centre One), Ahmedabad (Himalayan), Surat (Raj Empire), Nagpur (Poonam) and Pune (Central, SGS Mall). This activity will take place on this forthcoming weekend. Just as the cricket fever is heating up and the teams are getting all geared up for the big battle Max New York Life is going to give a chance to patrons at the malls to try their hand at Cricket to express their sportsmanship. The patrons will get a chance to prove their mettle.

A cricket game set-up will be created in the malls. To play the game, the patrons will have to fill up the lead generation form and send an SMS to ESPN number which will also make them eligible to enter the contest. There will be two ways in which the game will be played. A representative from our side will be batting and any one of the family member will have to bowl. Each family gets 3 balls. Winners will be judged on the basis of wickets hit. Photos will be clicked during the game and post completion, the contestants can get a family photo clicked with a trophy cutout

Max New York Life is also going to be the associate sponsors on ESPN – Star Sports for upcoming T20 World Cup, England. They will be rolling out an on-air campaign “Karo England Ka Iraada”. There will be interactive contests aired on radio, online and various BTL activities across the malls. Five lucky winners get a 3N/4D all expense paid trip to England. Max New York Life is aiming towards a TG of SEC A/B between the age group of 30 – 45 years for its Smart Xpress Growth Plan which is going to be the centre of attraction of the whole activity.

Tristam Ferrao, Head P9 Experience comments, “The activation will highlight the association of Max New York Life Insurance and the T20 Champion League that is scheduled to take place in London this June 2009 and will be spread across the cities of Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Surat, Pune and Nagpur. We believe that interaction in an innovative and fun method will be one of the best modes of communication to patrons. Malls have intentionally been selected as the medium for the activity to ensure maximum ROI for Max New York Life Insurance; moreover malls will only ensure we reach our objective, both qualitatively and at the same time being quantitative.”

This unique activity is conceptualized to bring about a connect between the patrons who just look forward to living every moment and the brand. It also will give a chance to the patrons to interact with the brand and the fun factor associated with it will successfully convey what Max New York Life is all about. Max New York Life is a brand that advocates trust and freedom and it is the best way to celebrate the sportsmanship spirit with the nation’s favorite game!!
