New TP Added in TataSky DTH

Today i found 1 extra TP is added in TtataSky DTH .during NIT Scan in my FTA reciever it had given me TP 11070 H SR 27500 its the 13tn TP of Tatasky DTH .full signals available in this TP but there is no channels.

Insat 4A has 12 transponders , how can they have 13th one ?

Thats the mistake all of us making.12 TP = 12 TP with both H & V polarity. ie: 24 TPs available .there is no mention about polarity in any of the discription of Satelites.

Check the picture,they may be testing that frequency.when i was scaning i got this TP.
