New TP added in Sun Direct ?

I had scanned Sun Direct TPs for get more informations about the channels.Surprisingly i got 1 more TP which is telecasting NEPAL1and in MPEG 4 .i can only get audio from this channel as my STB is MPEG2 .
Frequency : 12515 H
Symbol Rate : 16,200
FTA
Please confirm whather its from Sun Direct or From BIG TV ? BIG TV has TP frequency : 12523 H 27500.

BIG tv don,t hav this TP 12515. so i think SD is testing new transponder.

Thats true :up: bcoz in my STB BIG TV TPs r not allowed to scan.ie not getting any channels stored not even getting scanned.i had not found this TP in any Satelitte updating sites.
