<img style="float:left; margin: 0px 10px 0px 0px;" src="http://www.mobilegazette.com/handsets/nokia/nokia-x6-16gb/nokia-x6-16gb.jpg"/>Usually Nokia likes to add a little extra to new handset releases, but in the case of the X6 16GB they have taken a couple of things away.
As you can probably guess, the "16GB" in the phone's name refers to the internal memory which has been halved from the 32GB available in the original version. Nokia have also removed with Comes With Music free downloads, a service that has only had a moderate success. The result is that this version of the X6 costs a lot less. In the UK, the X6 32GB retails at a staggering £449 (€515) directly from Nokia, the X6 16GB is a slightly more modest £299 (€340). That's still a lot more expensive than the £199 (€230) that Nokia charge for a plain old 5800, and even with these price reductions the X6 looks over-priced.
Anyway, if you've been holding off on the X6 waiting for a price drop, then now is your chance. The X6 16GB is available to pre-order now.
