Owen Harts Widow Sues WWE & Linda McMahon
The World Wrestling Entertainment fans can never forget the tragic death of one of the most popular wrestler of all time, Owen Hart. But, the bosses of the company are still making profits from his death.

The widow of the wrestler, Martha Hart is taking legal action against Connecticut-based Company and its leaders, including Republican U.S. Senate candidate Linda McMahon.

Martha Hart claimed that the company still uses Owen Hart's image to promote the business despite agreeing to stop after his death.

Owen Hart died on May 23, 1999 when an equipment malfunction occurred during his entrance from the rafters of the Kemper Arena in Kansas City, Missouri, U.S., at the WWF's Over the Edge pay-per-view event. He was 34.

Martha issued a written statement on Tuesday in which she stated that she learned that the Canadian wrestler’s images are still being used in WWE promotional materials.

“In the 11 years since Owen's tragic and avoidable death, I have worked tirelessly to disassociate Owen's name and likeness from anything related to WWE in order to protect our children from any reminder of the circumstances surrounding their father's death, and to avoid any misplaced perception that I endorse WWE,” she said in a statement.
