Restoring deleted panels in Ubuntu

Here is the solution If both of the panels deleted by mistake

Press Alt+F2>Type gnome-terminal Press Run. In Terminal Paste the following command . Press ENTER . Your panels will be restored .

rm -rf ~/.gconf/apps/panel
pkill gnome-panel
