Does Videocon D2H has Set Top Box Swap facility like Tata Sky? If it is there please somebody share the detailed terms & condition for this.

my friend setop box is mother board problem due to this some channels are mis matching that is in suntv place some other channel is coming . then we called the ccare and they said go and meet nearest service center . i and my friend went to that service center they checked the where the problem is and they changed mother broad with free of cost .but service charges are Rs 150/-for the technician .and they changed smart card also like swap.now it is working fine. videocon d2h is giving lifetime warranty for the setop box.
this is my experience.
