BANGALORE: With 13 nominations and 3 Oscars in its bag, Hollywood flick “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” is all set to hit the Indian theatres on Friday, February 27, 2009. MySpace India will host the official Indian website for the movie, which features a synopsis of the movie, intriguing trailers and exclusive wallpaper downloads for all the die hard movie fans in India. The much awaited Warner Brothers film stars the heart throb of millions – Brad Pitt – in one of his finest performances till date.

“I was born under unusual circumstances.” And so begins “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button,” adapted from the 1920s story by F. Scott Fitzgerald about a man who is born in his eighties and ages backwards: A man, like any of us, who is unable to stop time. A journey as unusual as any man’s life can be, the film tells the grand tale of a not so ordinary man and the people and places he discovers along the way, the loves he finds and loses, the joys of life and the sadness of death, and what lasts beyond time.

MySpace India is collaborating with Warner Brothers on this occasion to announce the arrival of one of the most anticipated films in recent times; a collaboration which finds support from all movie lovers! In true MySpace style, the official site provides its members with an opportunity to take the benefits of being a MySpacer, beyond just the virtual world, and into real time and space. MySpace India is running a contest on the homepage, wherein users from New Delhi, Bangalore, Pune and Mumbai can win free tickets and Indians nationwide can win exciting movie merchandise by adding Warner Brothers as a friend on MySpace! Just this one simple step can help you win T-Shirts and other memorabilia from the movie!
