Unknown useful features discovered of Tata Sky HD+

Hi all

Apologies if already known, but would like to share it with you all.

If you set a reminder for any program on Tata Sky HD+, you normally receive a banner reminder for that program, despite you being on any channel.

On Tata Sky HD+, unlike Tata Sky SD -

Your STB automatically switches to the channel when the reminded program starts. This switch is at the exact time, provided you accepted the banner reminder (depending on your setting. Example, 5 mins, 10 mins etc)

Also, if you are watching a recorded program, then it stops and switches on the channel you asked a reminder for.

In both the cases above, you have to accept (not cancel) the banner appearing at the set time before the commencement of the program.

Apologies if already known but wanted to share it with you all, to make you even happier with this hidden feature of Tata Sky HD+

Avid, I appreciate the insight, however this is a regular feature of TS+HD which is well documented when you "select" a program while regular browsing the EPG of a channel. Nevertheless, might be useful for some of us who have not used the feature.
