Replace Normal C Band Dish LNB Holder Rods with Steel Made Rods

Friend I was facing very much Problem with Simple and cheap LNB (Scalier) Holder Rods come with Dish as you all know that these Rods are not long lasting and get Rusted very fast because of Inferior material. Now today 90% users do Multi-Scan satellites and can easily put 3/4 LNB on 6ft dish.So Naturally the weight is increased and low quality RODS can't Hold that weight.

IN THIS IMAGE YOU CAN SEE 1 RUSTED ROD AND TWO NEW STEEL RODS:-

So I decided to change them with Good and Rust proof STEEL-RODS. Today I done my job and made These RODS with the help of my Work shop friend as I had given him old Rod for size and angle measurement.

Now see some Pictures I am sharing with you as it is the most Important part of Dish to HOLD the LNB in proper manner to get good Signal & FOCUS properly. Surly Multi-LNB'S are Necessity of Today Tracking world. These Steel Rods are so durable that you can put 6 LNB'S easily.Thanks.Thanks:tup

Excellent work Mr.Jenius Jatt.

You are absolutely right, the LNB holder rods gets rusted very fast and the chances of getting broken is also very high.

Yes dear and one important factor is that the RUSTED RODS also help in miss alignment
when ever a strong wind or any type of disturbance is there.Because of multi lnb's setup the weight is increased so it should be taken into consideration and change with steel Rods which have a good life and can handle more weight .thanks
