Apple has released the new iPhone (iPhone 5) last week with some improvements over the previous model. Although many were disappointed with the new features available in the iPhone 5, there are still many improvements and new features in Phone 5. Along with the announcement of iPhone 5, other important announcements were the discontinuation of iPhone 3GS and price drop for iPhone 4S and iPhone 4.

Now if you are already an iPhone 4 or 4S users and looking to upgrade to new iPhone, you can see the chart below to see what are the new features and is it worth the upgrade.

If you are planning to buy your first iPhone, you can check this chart to which is the best one for you. iPhone 5 has the fastest processor without any doubt, but Apple hasn’t provided with more detailed specs of this. If screen size is an important consideration for you, then iPhone 5 is probably the best choice as it has 4inch screen.

Another important aspect with iPhone 5 is that it uses a Nano SIM, so in case you are shipping the iPhone 5 from countries like US or UK, make sure that Nano SIM support is available in your country as well. Moreover iPhone 5 also supports 4G LTE in some countries, so if you country is not listed, you can probably get the cheaper iPhone 4S.

iPhone 5 and 4S, both features the Siri (personal voice assistant) which is not available for iPhone 4. Again, Siri might not be effective in all countries as local search won’t work perfectly. If camera is an important priority, you can choose iPhone 5 with new camera enhancements and also panorama mode. iPhone 4S camera is also great with 8MP shooter and it one of the most popular cameras for sharing pictures.

Other new features in iPhone 5 is the HD face time camera and new headphones and connector. The headphones have a peculiar design with which Apple says sound is directed to the ears. iPhone 5 also comes with new connector which is called Lightning is totally different from the old 30 pin connector.
