Update: is reliance selling off to suntv and winding operations?

here in namakkal tamilnadu all reliance big tv recharge/ operations have been shut down and no recharge available.. when inquired they said they are slowly closing down operations in tamilnadu,(NO IDEA ABOUT OTHER STATES) winding up small cities as in phase 1..they also told they have planned to sell off to sun direct sooner by december 2013 as phase2..once sun takes over, the hd settop box may be updated to view sun direct and other customers may be given for exchange free..
loss in subscribers is main reason behind this..
iam not sure of this, but may be this true as we can see reliance trimming the channels..no addition only deletion.
sun direct not adding radio channels,,may borrow direct from reliance..
remembering the style reliance shut down petrol stations we can expect announcement soon...may not be one day work but may stop recharges and shift customers..
no idea.. hope changes are for good...
kindly give your opinion as good move or bad move for customers..

i was denied additional hd-dvr remote five month back, said that its out of stock..now no more hd-dvr settop box then no more software upgrade or repair services?

in the bar menu u need to choose hddvr. to go to the link page..

this is good move from reliance.tata sky,dish tv,also d2h promote their hd and hd dvr by separate sites or links.so this not a issue.dont try to create any bad impression of any service provider.you have any source related this issue please PM to me or MOD members.thread closed.
