Hello frnds...

I am from chandigarh, India. And my relatives are living in Johar Bahru, Malaysia.
I purchased Videocon D2H HD for them from Chandigarh, used that for one month here and then i send to them to Johar Bahru.
Now they are trying use that, but it is completing 99% of setup and then it just stuck.
WHat should they do now..???
