My HD STB died all of a sudden and there is no way of resurrecting it. Without going to the dealer, can I use another Videocon STB instead since I have already paid up for 9 more months ? Basically what I want to know is whether there is any binding between the viewer card and the STB
This is the Asia cup time and I do not want to miss any of the matches.

Yes there is binding. You can ask the customer support team to pair your view card to the other box. So that you can enjoy and utilise your money for next 9 months. If they change the box, they do the same and charge you.

Was wondering whether this is possible. My cousin went with Airtel after as soon as completing one year and his STB is just lying in there.
