what is the Videoguard. i am finding the frequncy of Fashion TV India in insat4a 83 east on internet i found it but the channel is Videoguard. what is this

It's the name of pay tv encryption system developed by Cisco (then NDS). Tata Sky uses that system to encrypt channels so that only people who have paid for their service can view channels.

It's most probably best encryption system out there. Very difficult to hack.
