Virgin India has become the latest mobile service provider to launch wireless internet services in the market.
The company has launched their vLink USB modem that can be used on laptops for wireless connectivity.
Virgin has priced this device at Rs. 2100. The company said: “vLink comes with a starter kit… Which includes free unlimited promo data usage time of 30 days. We have launched two tariff plans — Rs 801 per month (unlimited data usage) and Rs 349 per month (limited usage with balance roll over to next month).”
There is also another plan that offers internet connectivity and customers pay per minute of usage.
25 paisa per minute during 8am-10pm
12 paisa per minute during 10pm-8am
